Mullin Museum Auto in Los Angeles, California
Glass block window tinting for the Mullin Museum in Los Angeles, California, which houses a multi-million dollar inventory of vintage cars. The museum was designed to allow natural light into the building for ideal viewing, and privacy so that the cars would not be visible from the outside. Two thousand glass blocks were installed to fulfill these very specific needs. In the fall of 2011, High Impact Glass Solutions received a phone call from Mr. Mullin’s personal curator. Heat and UV rays coming through the glass blocks were causing cracks in areas of wood on the vintage cars. After researching every possible avenue to resolve this dilemma, the curator was convinced that our exterior glass block window tinting was their best option.
Orlando Homeowner
Even a small area of only one dozen glass blocks can cause a room to become intolerably hot. Such was the case with this home in Orlando. Once the installation was complete, she was finally able to enjoy her family room during the hot summer months.

“We received the glass block window tinting kit promptly and found your staff very helpful. My husband has two left! The bronze window tinting looks great on our kitchen glass blocks. No more heat and glare and so we finally removed the blinds! Thank you Jeremy  for a great experience!”  Sue & Thomas Citrolla – Pensacola, FL.

“After 2 months of workmen in our back yard, Mike was finally able to install the glass block window tinting today! We love it: blocks were cool to the touch in the afternoon full sun, but still left some light into the bathroom. He was able to complete the job from start to finish in about 3 hours (that included getting the ladder, etc.). Thanks for all your help – and Ellen’s too. You both were great! I’ve sent a photo showing the window almost finished.”  Sandi Parker Gilbo – Jacksonville, FL.
